What file formats are used for the tools?
The two file formats used are .docx (Microsoft Word) or .pdf. The description of each tool will specify the file format of the tool.

If you are purchasing a package of tools, the downloadable file will be a ZIP file. Once extracted, the files will still be in either .docx or .pdf format.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our prices are in US Dollars, and we currently only accept Paypal.

PLEASE NOTE:
Payments are made to Jaime Bartolotta Life Coach, LLC and will appear on your credit card statement as either: JBCOACHTOOL or JBCOACHINGTOOLS.
If you add my branding, when will I get the file?
Once we receive all the necessary information for your branding (i.e. Business name and info, RGB colors, logo file), we will strive to have your file(s) complete and emailed to you within 48 hours.

Depending on our success, we may eventually require more time! But we will always be in contact with you with a time frame for completion !
What can I do with the tool files?
You MAY:

Rebrand our tools as directed, for use with your prospects, individual and group coaching clients, and workshop attendees.

Email the tools to your prospects and clients and print them to use in individual and group coaching and workshops.
You MAY NOT:

Resell the tools directly or indirectly, in whole or in part.

Give away or post the tools online as a free resource.

How do I know what version of file the tool is?
Our tools are available in both non-digital (i.e. hand-written) and digital (i.e. .pdf-fillable form) versions. They are also available in self-brandable, non-brandable (i.e. containing JB Coaching Tools logo), and "I brand for you" versions.

IB - I Brand (I add your branding and email
you the tool)

D - Digital (.pdf-fillable form)
ND - Non-Digital (designed to be
completed by hand)

Pack - Contains one Non-Digital copy of
the tool AND one Digital copy
(available in both Non-Brandable
[immediate download] and I Brand.
Do you provide updates for your tools?
Like everyone else, we are constantly growing and changing. And so, do our tools! Especially as we continue to grow and add new tools and new tool packages, updates to our tools are imminent!
We will announce these updates in marketing emails. If you subscribed to our marketing campaign, you will be notified of updates to tools you may have purchased.

The latest version of a tool will be supplied on request for up to 12 months after purchase.
​
Simply contact us with your request and supply us either your order number or the email address you used to make your purchase, and we will send you the latest up-to-date product.

PLEASE NOTE:
If updates are made to a tool to correct a malfunction in its operation, we will make our best effort to automatically send a link to the corrected tool.
